Possession of an open container
A Syracuse man, 18, was arrested on the charge of possession of an open container, according to a police bulletin.
When: Saturday at 11:15 p.m.

Littering and dumping
A Syracuse man, 18, was arrested on the charge of littering and dumping, according to a police bulletin.
When: Saturday at 11:54 p.m.

Petit larceny
A Queens, New York woman, 37, was arrested on the charge of petit larceny, according to a police bulletin.
When: Friday at 12:05 p.m.

A Syracuse man, 18, was arrested on the charge of petit larceny, according to a police bulletin.
