Remembrance Week 2022 began Sunday, October 16 with the candlelight vigil organized and put on by the Remembrance cohort. Scholars read the names of the 270 victims of the 1988 Pan Am 103 terrorism act and placed battery powered tea lights on the Remembrance Wall in honor of those who died. Read more »

Sunday, September 18, 2022 Syracuse University's University Union hosted their 2022 Juice Jam festival. Members of the Syracuse Police and Fire Honor Guard gather in remembrance of the victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The ceremony was held from 8:46am to 9:03am and dedicated 17 minutes of silence to mark the time between the time the first jet stuck the north tower of the World Trade Center to the time the second jet stuck the south tower.
